Marianhill Traffic Department Office Hours

The Marianhill Traffic Department (also known as Marianhill Motor Licencing Bureau or Pinetown/Mariannhill DLTC) offers both standard weekday office hours and special extended weekend hours during certain periods.

Standard Office Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:00 (excluding public holidays)^[1]

Extended Weekend Hours (As of September 2024):

• Selected weekends in September: Open on September 7–8, 14–15, 21–22, 28–29
• Saturday & Sunday: 07:30 – 13:30
• Services: Driver’s and PRDP licence renewals, collection of driver’s licences only
• No learners and driving licence testing/bookings on weekends
• Payments: Card only (MasterCard or Visa)^[3]
